Terms of Service
The basic rules for using InnerCipher, including reports, accounts, paid full-report unlocks, refunds, and support.
Last updated:
1. Acceptance
By accessing InnerCipher, signing in with Google, generating a report, viewing a report, using your profile, starting checkout, purchasing a paid unlock, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use InnerCipher.
2. What InnerCipher Provides
InnerCipher provides BaZi and Four Pillars reports for self-discovery, reflection, education, and entertainment. The service turns birth details and related inputs into structured report content.
InnerCipher may provide a free or brief report experience and an optional one-time paid unlock for a fuller report where checkout is available. Paid access is tied to the specific report and account shown in the product flow. InnerCipher does not currently provide recurring subscriptions unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise.
InnerCipher does not guarantee future events, personal outcomes, compatibility results, career results, financial results, health results, or any other real-world result. Birth date, birth time, birthplace, timezone, and other inputs may affect the generated report.
3. No Professional Advice
InnerCipher does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, psychological, relationship, employment, immigration, emergency, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions. For serious health, safety, legal, financial, or other important matters, consult qualified professionals or emergency services.
4. User Inputs and AI Outputs
Your inputs remain yours. You allow InnerCipher to process, store, transmit, display, and use your inputs only as reasonably needed to generate reports, save report history, operate the service, provide support, protect the service, process paid access, and improve reliability.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. You should use reports as reflective material, not as instructions for action.
Please do not submit personal information about another person unless you have permission or another lawful basis where required.
5. Accounts and Report History
InnerCipher uses Google OAuth for account sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity connected to your account.
Reports generated while signed in may appear in your profile. Paid full-report access is account-linked and report-linked. If you lose access to the Google account used for purchase, contact support.
Where the product provides deletion controls, you may delete reports from your profile. Deleted reports will no longer appear in your profile, but backup copies, technical logs, AI-provider processing records, payment records, refund or dispute records, or security records may not be deleted immediately.
6. Paid Unlocks and Checkout
Prices, taxes, currency, and any checkout terms are shown before purchase in the product or on the checkout page. Do not complete checkout unless you agree with the price and purchase details shown there.
Payments are processed by Creem or another provider shown at checkout. If Creem handles the transaction, Creem may act as Merchant of Record, manage payment processing, tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks, and may appear on your receipt or bank statement.
After successful checkout, InnerCipher confirms the payment through the payment provider and unlocks or begins generating the full report. Some full report sections may take time to generate. If payment succeeds but access is not unlocked within a reasonable time, contact support at support@innerciphers.com.
7. Refunds, Disputes, and Access Changes
Because paid reports are personalized digital content, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access is unlocked or generation begins, except where required by law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate.
You may request support or a refund review by emailing support@innerciphers.com. Include the account email, report link if available, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24 hours and no later than 3 business days.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, failed delivery caused by our service that cannot reasonably be fixed, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or other cases required by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider. If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, or marked fraudulent, InnerCipher may revoke or limit the related paid report access.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse InnerCipher. This includes unauthorized or abusive automated collection; scraping that bypasses access controls, disregards robots.txt or applicable crawler policies, creates unreasonable load, or is used to build a competing dataset or service; reverse engineering; attacking or disrupting the service; bypassing limits, payment, or access controls; reselling access; submitting illegal content; abusing AI generation; impersonating others; or interfering with other users.
Search engines and AI systems may ordinarily crawl, index, summarize, and cite public InnerCipher pages when they follow robots.txt, applicable crawler policies, and these Terms, and do not bypass access controls or create unreasonable load.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, illegal activity, payment misuse, security risk, service disruption, or violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy and Service Providers
Your use of InnerCipher is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, report inputs, generated reports, support requests, analytics, AI processing, payment records, and service providers.
10. Intellectual Property
InnerCipher owns the platform, software, interface, design, brand, templates, documentation, and service content except for your own inputs.
You may use your generated report for personal purposes. Without permission, you may not copy or resell protected content, reproduce the service experience, bypass paid access, or use InnerCipher content or systems to train or build a competing service. This does not prohibit the permitted crawling, indexing, summarization, or citation of public pages described in Section 8.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
InnerCipher is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerCipher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, reliance-based, decision-based, payment-provider, checkout-provider, or professional-advice-related damages arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
12. Changes to the Service
We may change report formats, free and paid feature boundaries, prices, modules, checkout providers, support processes, and technical infrastructure over time. Changes will not remove paid access that has already been properly granted for a report unless required by law, payment-provider action, refund, chargeback, fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
13. Updates and Contact
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms, payments, refunds, or support should be sent to support@innerciphers.com.
